Anyways, with the tapered gibs on the mill drill, there's an adjustment screw at one end, and that's it. I just adjusted it until it was snug, then backed the screw off a tiny bit. Then I move the table the opposite way the gib tightens, and it slides out against the screw. Then I see if the table moves with a bit of drag.
